Life is good

BAH!

   I don’t think I have ever been so bored in my entire life…..

You don’t know what I’d do to just feel tired so I could just go to sleep lol

So…..I’m in Washington DC with my friend Denise because her relative lives here and said she could take care of her cats while she was away…..so her mom paid for my plane ticket because she didn’t want Denise to go by herself…

We’ve done sooooo many things…some of it I even remember from when I was here in 1997.  We’ve been here since last Friday…and we’re here till Saturday night.  We’ve run out of things to do.  I feel like I’m at a walking boot camp…..we walk…all-friggin-day.  When it gets dark…we come back because we got freaked out by a guy on the Metro.  There was a guy asking us how old we were and where we were from….we made some stuff up (he seemed harmless)…then another guy moved next to us on the Metro…then he followed us off…then we got on a different car…and he got back on….then we got off again and I got my leg stuck in the door…..it just wasn’t a fun situation and since we weren’t very familiar with anything. 

Soooooooooooooo………..we get fucking bored…and we bought alcohol just so we could have some kind of imaginary fun and help us sleep.  Yeah her aunt doesn’t even have a friggin TV….the only mirror in the place is the size of my fist….you know how hard it is to do my hair?!?!? Lol

I am having a good time…but when I’m not tired from walking and we aren’t out walking and seeing the sights…. I’m fuckin bored lol

I miss Justin like crazy….and I can’t wait to see him again…..it’s gunna be fun ;) like always.  He’s even more special to me than I thought.  I’m pretty sure I’m going to hug him till the circulation in my arms runs out and they fall off.  He’s amazing.  My parents love him, and I’m sure the rest of my family will when he meets them this Christmas.  We are crazy about each other, and we both know it…..I don’t hate it.

The fire alarm went off around 8:00 PM in Cougar Village Apt. 502.  Brittany, Kellea, Micki and I go outside to see what it was all about.  Smoke was pouring out of the apartment below us...I'm about to dart up the stairs to grab stuff I might need...but then one of the guys that live there say it was just a fog machine.....wtf.  I guess that's one way to meet the new neighbors lol...  Since the alarm was loud and everyone was outside.....we started introducing ourselves.  Justin was the guy with the fog machine...he was excited about his fancy DJ lights and fog machine so they could have some fun parties.  The police show up.....find out it was a false alarm and says we can all go home now.  I walk inside and can't believe such a hottie lived in the apartment right below us.  The next day I get on Facebook.....I had a friend request from Justin Harms....saweet action.  Not too much time later he asks me on a date.  We went to Red Lobster, then to see Texas Chainsaw Massacre, then...since we were havin so much fun we decided to play a round of mini golf.  Everything been pretty awesome ever since. 

Who knew someone could make me this happy?  I didn't know if it was ever going to happen again.....it's been years.  Justin makes me feel so good about myself.  He takes care of me.  He teaches me new things everyday, but above all.... he makes me laugh. 

I haven't had a boyfriend that has been so caring and that I have been able to spend so much time with.  I trust him, and he trusts me.  I haven't always been able to talk about how I feel when I'm upset.....I keep it inside.  He makes me talk about everything that is on my mind.  It feels good to get it all out, he's so understanding.  I know we've only been dating for a couple months now (and relationships are always good in the beginning)....but everything feels so perfect.  I don't think this one will hurt me....he's..... too much for words.

Like Micki would say: "I'm lovin' it like Mickey D.'s" <3 lol

So I have my first accounting quiz in like an hour (and I don't really know what it is over)...so how about an update? lol

This summer was amazing.  I met so many new people and had so much fun...pretty much all the time.  I went on trips, got to see the west coast and put my feet in the Pacific, I visited my brother and saw Chicago,  I went to the drive-in, I partied (maybe too much..), I went to six flags, I went to raging rivers, I went to a billion bonefires<33, went to the campgrounds, bowling, shopping, I went to Kate's all the time for swimming and sex and the city nights, I cut grass..., Alison lived at Mikes this summer so I got to see her a lot, we hung out at Applebee's all the time because everyone works there lol, I turned 21!, There were girls nights <3, I got paid to play dodge ball and go on field trips, played sand volleyball, I went to carlye lake, I went on bikerides....... I hung out with Wayne a lot...and I have to admit it was a good time. 

Now I think I'm finally settled in at SIUE.  I love it.  I miss my family, but I love being so close to all my friends that make my life so amazing.  I've been working out like crazy with Mallory and Micki.  I need to get a job becasue there ain't no way I'm driving to Belleville everyday to work for a few hours at Whiteside.  My aunt is going to give me her honda civic...and I'm going to sell it to pay off the bug....I'm so friggin excited! But I guess that's about it.  Life is good
